Hi, I’m Sarah, born and raised in England, I’ve been teaching and training people here in the UAE for over ten years, ranging from large group classes for companies such as Du, Meeras, L’oreal and NYU to one on one personal training.
My passion for sports & fitness dates back as far as school, having competed in athletics, hockey and netball championships. My family also had its influence – my brother played rugby for North Wales and boxed semi-professionally during his time in Australia, my father and uncle were both competitive body builders in their day and my mother has been practising yoga for over 20 years.
I absolutely love science – anatomy, physiology and biomechanics fascinate me. This fascination lead to my further learning which allows me to work alongside doctors and physiotherapists in aiding clients to rehabilitate to their full strength. I am also qualified to work with clients who have certain medical conditions and chronic pain.
Whatever your goal is I would love to hear, I have a strict rule of meeting up first to see if we are suited to each other as trainer and client, it’s important to me to understand your goals so that I can be sure I have the right skill set to help you in achieving them.
