I’ve been teaching and training people here in the UAE for some seven years now. Ranging from large group classes for companies such as Du, Meeras & L’oreal to one on one personal training working with clients to help them achieve their goals. I can turn my hand to many styles of yoga as well as teach private and group pilates classes. I love using my knowledge of pilates and biomechanics to build strength from the inside out to prepare beginners for more advanced weight training styles.
