There’s nothing worse than increasing load and then setting yourself back. Take it from someone who knows. 2. LISTEN! To your physio (specialist) whoever it is that you’re working with to rehabilitate. So many of my clients skip their physio exercises 🤦🏻‍♀️ 3. BELIEVE! Trust the process and stay POSITIVE ❤️❤️❤️ _______________________________________ Rehab is hard, Boring, time consuming and frustrating but it does work.
